terriersc
launches new feature rich spt124
A feature rich new dual-path communicator will be
shown for the first time by terriersc
at Ifsec 2008. Taking high security alarm signalling to the next level while
still retaining very low recurring costs.
The new spt124 has been designed for use in Grade 3 alarm systems using the
premises' existing Broadband as the primary connection to the monitoring
centre with a frequently tested GPRS connection as the secondary path.
With many new features added, the 16-input spt124 is a timely replacement
for the 8-input spt123, which has been giving reliable service since 2005.
As well as the extra inputs required for today's Grade 3 systems, the spt124
includes the industry standard footprint to "plug-on" to many standard
alarm panels. New engineering features offer further value, while installation
of the terriersc
dual-path communicator is described as "easier than a Digi-Dialler".
Competitively priced, the new dual-path communicator is complemented by Terrier's
low cost receiver which provides monitoring centres with an easily managed
and reliable IP monitoring solution.
Tony Tibbles, the founder and MD of terriersc
said: "Continuous product development is a mixture of incorporating
client feedback and the latest technical advances. We are also delighted
we can do this while still offering the best in low cost, secure alarm signalling."
