IP Alarm Receiver

Mature software application run on a computer server under Red Hat Linux.
Supervises communicator connections, handling alarms, monitoring test
messages, sending commands and providing upload/download routing.

Operates in conjunction with a Config Server application responsible for
associating communicators with their host Receiver. The Config Server
also manages changeover for Multi-Receiver systems.

Receiver configurations are available for a variety of network topologies.
