Terrier SC Ltd started developing early IP alarm communicators when ADSL had started to become broadly available. It was becoming clear that the widespread adoption of Broadband would revolutionise communications and that security and safety were no exceptions.
With a background in alarm communications, Tony Tibbles had worked for several large security companies specialising in alarm signalling and their monitoring centres. He realised that with Internet communications, the previous monopolies in telecommunications would give way and smaller companies could successfully develop new products and services.
The company takes pride in its Quality Management system that was first certificated to ISO 9001 in 2008 and which continues to be tweaked and updated as we find ways to make our products and service better and better.
