For many years we have helped our customers’ engineers with analysing site problems and over the last several years had the ability to remotely configure their SPTs for the client’s LAN. This support provides a quick route to overcoming a technical issue when installing IP products in a strictly controlled local network.
Our Support platform has been enhanced and continues to expand the information that we can use to identify issues for our customers. With the new SPT4 range of products, we are now able to do remotely what the on-site engineer can do and configuring SPT4 communicators can now be done securely from our office. So if a customer wants to change the emergency telephone number that is called or wants a new switch output, we can do it on-line.
