The original certification was in 2008 and remains at the heart of the way we work. Through our design, sourcing, manufacture, product customisation, order processing and accounts, we use our QMS to guide us. It constantly evolves as we strive to improve every thing we do so it was very pleasing that our latest external audit went off so well and we have been re-certificated for another 3 years.
